If you’re like most people, you probably live off of coffee to help you make it through the day. However, that’s not the only way people consume caffeine every day. Some pain medicines have caffeine, as does chocolate. Your favorite soda may contain it as well. Caffeine, especially when you consume too much of it, can cause your anxiety to spike. In some cases, just reducing your caffeine intake can do amazing things to reduce your anxiety.

Do you have a project coming up that you’re nervous about? Sometimes people have the habit of holding off on doing certain things just because they are so nervous about doing them or because of the high levels of stress that it causes. The problem with this approach is that eventually the deadline will get close, then you get anxious that you won’t finish the project in time.
